Roger J. Engemoen, Jr. has served as Chairman of Penson Worldwide, Inc.’s Board of Directors since September 2000, and served as Chairman of our predecessor entities since 1995. Mr. Engemoen previously served as an officer and director of both Service Life and Services Lloyds Insurance Companies, resigning from both positions on March 31, 2006. Mr. Engemoen has 31 years of industry experience, and holds a B.B.A. in finance and accounting as well as an M.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University.
